We’ve reserved room blocks at two hotels in Traverse City to make finding a place to stay for our wedding weekend a little easier! You’ll find booking details for both below.
We recommend booking your hotel accommodations as soon as possible, as hotels in the area are expected to fill quickly due to the high demand this time of year.
Bayshore Resort
Enjoy a relaxing stay at this beachfront resort on West Grand Traverse Bay, just minutes from downtown Traverse City, with private beach access, bay views, complimentary breakfast, and convenient amenities. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport and downtown Traverse.

Please note: Our room block is available through May 10, 2027, with a two-night minimum stay required. After this date, guests may still book directly with the hotel if rooms are available, but the room block rate will no longer apply and rates may be higher.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our entire celebration will take place outdoors at the beautiful Bay View at Gallagher Farms, including our ceremony and cocktail hour, with the reception held under a tented pavilion; we recommend planning your attire and footwear accordingly!
Can the kids come?
As much as we adore your little ones, we’re keeping our wedding celebration adults-only and hope you’ll enjoy a kid-free weekend with us!
What should I wear?
Our wedding is garden party formal, so think polished, romantic, and ready for a beautiful summer evening in Northern Michigan.
When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP by June 1st—we’ll have all the details you need right here on our website when RSVPs open.
